Kanom Krok (Thai Coconut Pudding)

Bottom layer ingredients

Rice flour 1 cup

Cooked rice 1/2 cup

Clean water 2 cups

Grated coconut 1/2 cup

Salt 1 teaspoon

It is wrapped in white cloth. Wipe the stove hole before dropping the flour, brush with vegetable oil

onion, corn, taro, pumpkin (for sprinkle)

Topping ingredients

Cream 1 cup

Sugar 1/2 cup (Half a cup)

Salt 1/2 teaspoon (Half a teaspoon)

How to drop:

1.Prepare the flour first by mixing cooked rice, rice flour, coconut and salt in a bowl and let it sit for at least an hour

2.Boil water and pour into a mixture. Then use a spatula to mix all the ingredients together

3.Leave it to cool. And then proceed to milling process for desired flour

4.Make coconut milk by mixing coconut, sugar and salt together. Set aside

5.Bring the prepared pan to set the heat until hot. Wipe the hole with oil, then pour the mixture into the hold. (Do not fill up the hole because the coconut milk should be dropped afterwards.) Cover the lid, leave it til almost cooked. Then open the lid and sprinkle with coconut milk prepared. If there is an onion or something else, sprinkle it on the coconut milk. Close the lid and wait until it’s cooked. Should eat while the taste is better than leave it to cool
