The ingredients

Glutinous rice flour 1 cup

Pandan water

Peeled green beans 1 cup

Coconut milk 1/2 cup

Sugar 1 1/2 cups

A little salt

Rice flour 1 tablespoon

Method of Kanom Pha Pai

1.Start boiling bean until cooked. Then stir together with coconut milk and sugar until the beans are dry, set aside and shape them into tiny balls

2.Mix flour with pandan water and gradually pour water in until the dough is well mixed. Knead until you get smooth dough

3.Shape the dough into about 1 inch in size and spread the dough out. Put the bean inside the dough for filling and wrap the dough up tightly. Roll the dough and shape them into balls

4.Steam the dough over boiling water

5.Mix coconut milk with a little salt. Boil it just enough to get the preferred taste. Before serving top it off with a little coconut milk
