Kanom Tuay
Bottom layer ingredients
Rice flour ½ cup
Tapioca starch 1 tablespoon
Coconut sugar 100 g
Coconut milk 1 ½ cup
Pandan water 1 ½ cup
Topping ingredients
Coconut cream 2 cups
Rice flour 1/3 cup
Salt 1/2 teaspoon
Steaming method
1.Steam confection cups first. Pour ¾ cup of bottom layer ingredients. Close the lid and steam for about 5 minutes
2.When the bottom layer is cooked. Add coconut milk to the top of the cup. Close the lid for another 5 minutes
3.Once completed, remove from the steamer. Leave it to cool before eating
